About the HAIKYU!! Animation Series
Bringing together all that was practiced (our youth), to the promised land…
HAIKYU!! is a highly renowned title within the sports manga genre. Created by Haruichi Furudate, the manga began serialization in Shueisha’s “Weekly Shōnen Jump” magazine from February 2012. It gathered popularity with its depiction of the youthful passion of high school students giving their all to volleyball. Across 8 and a half years, the series continued until its conclusion in July 2020 with a total of 45 volumes published and over 70 million copies sold. Starting in 2014, the TV animation series was broadcasted on TBS TV by Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS) until December 2020, resulting in a total of 4 seasons created for the series. Now, coming February 16, 2024,
HAIKYU!! will be making a comeback with a new movie!! The movie will depict the epic match between Karasuno High School and Nekoma High School, one of the most popular arcs from the original series. Otherwise known as the “Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump”. Now, at the promised land, a match where there’s no “second chances” is about to begin…

Love this game! I've been playing since it came out a year ago, and been very satisfied! I haven't spent any money on it, however I've been able to pull a limited character approximately every other banner. They're very generous with rewards, but not so much to make it feel too easy. My one complaint is that it sometimes feels too repetitive, although they only have so much of the anime to work with. Highly recommend for Haikyu fans and others alike!

Fun but Gaccha, f2p is possible but unrewarding. I've played for a month and a half, and I've spent too much money on it. The little value deals add up, and I've totaled just under 200 bucks. The game urges you to spend with how slow progression is, but gives you next to nothing for spending. you'd need to hardcore whale to keep up any kind of pace. the game is fun enough but rarely becomes anything other than choosing the strongest option. therefore most of the game is played through menus.

I love haikyuu, so when this came out I had to get it right away!! I really like the art they have for the characters and the animations, all in all I think it's pretty smooth. Though, sometimes in the story I some of the dialogue isn't what the character is saying, the text feels like it's generated by AI whenever that happens. Another thing but I found Kiyoko's voice a bit off in the tutorial, though thats probably just me. I hope that there will be more options for levelling up too!
